The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (Director Kim Myeongjin) welcomed art enthusiasts and culture lovers to a unique hands-on experience through the “King’s Robe: Traditional Painting Workshop,” led by Korean traditional painter and contemporary artist Seo Jungyeon. From its motifs to the careful balance of color and composition, each element revealed how art was used to reflect power, harmony, and tradition. Under Seo Jungyeon’s guidance, participants were introduced to traditional painting techniques and materials, allowing them to create their own interpretations of this royal robe pattern.
