Recruitment for Events Officer Position


The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines(KCC) is offering an employment opportunity to any skilled and motivated individuals fit for the below position. Interested candidates may apply by referring to the guidelines below:


 

1. Position: EVENTS OFFICER


2. General Duties

  • Planning and conducting various events and sponsorship events hosted by the Cultural Center

  • Performing public relations work related to Korea, including Korean culture, in connection with the event

  • Support personnel and goods management related to the event

  • Assistance in the performance of the director's duties related to cultural diplomacy


3. Qualifications

  • Relevant degree from a reputable University

  • 2-5 years of experience in events or similar industries

  • Strong critical thinking and organization skills, competent and can work independently or with minimum supervision

  • With excellent communication skills, both written and oral (Fluency in English is required)

  • Fluency in Korean is an advantage but not required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel


4. Employment conditions

  • Starting date: May, 2026

  • Work hours: Full time (8:00 – 17:00), Monday to Friday

  • Contract period: 1 year (including a 3-month probation period) and renewable depending on relevant performance evaluations.

  • Salary: Nine Hundred Dollars (900USD)


5. Selection Procedures

  • First stage (Application submissions)

  • Second stage (Interview): Only shortlisted applicants will be notified about the schedule and method of interview who pass the first stage.
