Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA, www.kocca.kr) is a public institution under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea, established to promote the Korean content industry. The KOCCA Philippines Business Center, established for the first time in 2026, is recruiting talented individuals to support the expansion of Korean content into the Philippine market. 1. Recruitment Overview

- Program & Administration Officer (2 positions)
  · 1 Korean national
  · 1 Philippine national
 
• Qualifications
- Korean or Philippine national legally residing (or expected to legally reside) in the Philippines
  * Work visa (9G) support may be provided if necessary, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year university) or higher
- Eligible for employment and overseas travel under applicable laws
- Able to perform duties in Korean, English, and Filipino
  * Applicants with high TOPIK and recognized English proficiency test scores are preferred.
 
• Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Hangul, and other office software
- Excellent Korean, English, and Filipino communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
- Experience in the content industry, public institutions, or B2B exhibitions/marketing
 
• Available to start work immediately

Philippine (1)

• Accounting and financial administration
• Budget execution, settlement, taxes and social insurance
• Corporate bank account and petty cash management
• Administrative support to the Director
• Visa/residency support for Korean staff
• Implementation of key center projects
• Liaison with Philippine organizations
• Local buyer networking/database management
• Online and offline promotion

3. Employment Conditions

• Expected Start Date: September 2026
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employee (1-year contract)
 - First 6 months are probationary.
 - Subject to performance evaluation, contract may be converted to an indefinite-term position at the end of the contract.
  * KOCCA Philippines Business Center Local Staff Operations Manual applies.
• Salary: To be determined based on internal regulations and experience (paid in local currency).
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day, flexible work arrangement negotiable)
• Workplace: KOCCA Philippines Business Center (2F, Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines)
