KCC JANITORIAL & SUPPORT SERVICES FOR 2026-2028

The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) hereby re-announces the submission of bidding proposal and documents for its Janitorial & Support Services Provider.

Scope of Services : Deployment of Janitorial & Support Services Personnel (Front Desk/ Receptionist, Housekeeping & Building Maintenance/ Technician) for Korean Cultural Center

Contract Duration : 2-year contract (01 May 2026 – 30 April 2028)

Building Location : 59 Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

Gross Floor Area : (6-storey commercial building with additional basement parking, mezzanine, and rooftop)

Bidding Method : This bidding will be conducted through open and competitive bidding procedures.

2. Submission: March 18, 2026

3. Pre-Evaluation Result: March 23-24, 2026

4. Schedule of Presentation & Interview: March 26, 2026

5. Announcement of Winner: April 10, 2026

• Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail as specified above. Submitted documents shall not be returned. All expenses incurred in connection with participation in the bidding process shall be borne solely by the bidder.

• Failure to submit a proposal within the specified deadline shall be deemed a waiver of intent to participate in the bidding process.

• Incomplete requirements will not be entertained.

• The submission of any bidder may be rejected at the sole discretion of KCC if circumstances arise that, in the judgment of KCC, prove unacceptable.

• Venue and time for presentation will be informed separately.
