Number of Floors: Six (6) with Mezzanine and Basement

Deployment of Manpower Personnel: A total of Six (6) Personnel composed of:

• (4) Janitorial / Housekeeping Personnel

• (1) Receptionist and (1) Maintenance Technician

Contract Duration: 2-year contract (01 May 2026 – 30 April 2028)

Budget Allotment: No specific budget (lowest bid may be advantageous)
