KCC SAFETY & SECURITY SERVICES FOR 2026-2028

The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) hereby invites qualified manpower service agencies to participate in the bidding process for the selection of its Safety and Security Manpower Service Provider, for the purpose stated below:

Scope of Services : Deployment of Safety and Security Personnel for Korean Cultural Center

Contract Duration : 2-year contract (March 2026 – March 2028)

Building Location : 59 Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

Gross Floor Area : (6-storey commercial building with additional basement parking, mezzanine, and rooftop)

Bidding Method : This bidding will be conducted through open and competitive bidding procedures.

RFP Timetable

1. Bid Invitation Release/RFP Issued: January 19, 2026

2. Submission: January 19 to January 31, 2026

3. Pre-Evaluation Result: February 4, 2026

4. Schedule of Interview: February 6, 2026

5. Announcement of Winner: February 11, 2026

• Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail as specified above. Submitted documents shall not be returned. All expenses incurred in connection with participation in the bidding process shall be borne solely by the bidder.

• Failure to submit a proposal within the specified deadline shall be deemed a waiver of intent to participate in the bidding process.

• Incomplete requirements will not be entertained.

• The submission of any bidder may be rejected at the sole discretion of KCC if circumstances arise that, in the judgment of KCC, prove unacceptable.
