Conference Outline
1. Title: For Korean language communication and world peace, The 29th K-Speech World Contest, the Philippine Representative
Selection Contest.
2. Purpose: Actively promote the value and excellence of the Korean language and Korean culture to the world, and to encourage Filipinos to visit South Korea to experience Korean culture and support the peaceful unification of the Korean Peninsula. In addition, to enable the 70 million Koreans in the South and the North and the 7.5 million overseas Koreans scattered around the world to use the Korean language correctly and overcome heterogeneous languages to prepare for the era of unification.
3. Date & Time: 3PM, Monday, April 28, 2025
4. Venue: Multipurpose Hall, Korean Cultural Center, Philippines
5. Host: Korea Speech and Eloquence Association

8. Theme: Promoting friendship between the Philippines and Korea, Korean Wave culture, etc., Korean language as subject, free choice of presentation
9. Sections and presentation time
- Filipinos: Elementary school 2 minutes, High school 3 minutes, University General 4 minutes.
- Koreans: Elementary school 3 minutes, High school 4 minutes, University. General 5 minutes.
Video and props can be used for visual effects of speech
10. How to Apply
- Apply via the association's email (email: evewaps1120@naver.com)
- Documents to be submitted: 1 copy of manuscript, Color photo file of business card size-it can be attached in the application form, Birth certificate, Passport only Korean
