Selection of Event and Promotions Manager (EPM) for the management of the New Building Opening Ceremony and 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines.

The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) is inviting event agencies to participate in the selection of its Event and Promotions Manager (EPM) for the hereunder event: 

Type of Event: Online 10th Anniversary Party and Opening Ceremony of New KCC Building
Event Description: This event aims to celebrate the 10th founding anniversary of the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines and the Opening Ceremony of its New Building location in Bayani Road, Taguig City. The show mainly focuses on the collaboration between Korean and Filipino culture by having a virtual, interactive segments, performances, and tour of the new building
Event Date: November 12 - December 3, 2021 (exact date is within this range)
Target Online Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube

 3.Assessment and selection of proposal (Presentation of Bidders): August 23, 2021 (Monday)

B.Proposal Submission
A complete set of bidding documents will be available for interested Bidders starting July 30, 2021 from the email below. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of KCC.

  ● Company description, including registration and business permits, certifications and financial reports
  ● Event Plan and Schedule
  ● Budget Plan
  ● Relevant/similar project experiences

 2.Submission method
  ● Deadline for submission: August 18, 2021, 5:00PM
  ● Format: attachments via email only
  ● Presentation of bidders: August 23, 2021 (Monday)
