1. Completed Application Form

2. Two (2) 3x4cm photo

3. Original or photocopy of an ID

4. Application Fee: P500 (Cash payment only)

Examination Date: April 16, 2017 (Sunday)

Testing Venue: To be announced (Please check the KCC website a week before the examination date)

Result Announcement Date: May 25, 2017 (Thu)
