Application Requirements

Visit the Korean Cultural Center with the following:

1. Completed Application Form (Download from the attachment below)

2. Two (2) 3x4cm photo

3. Original AND photocopy of any government-issued ID

4. Application Fee: P500 (Cash payment only)

Examination Date: October 16, 2016 (Sunday)

Testing Venue: To be announced. (Please check the KCC website for the announcement a week before the examination date)
