[Korea at Home] Royal Culinary Class: Jeonyuhwa (전유화) and Maejada (매자다)

Jeonyuhwa refers to a wide variety of pan-fried delicacies served as a part of the regular meals in the royal palace. Similar to the modern day Korean pancakes, Jeonyuhwa is made by pan-frying thinly sliced meat, poultry, seafood, or various vegetables dipped in flour and eggs.
Maejada, an all-season tea served in the royal palace is made with smoked dry plum powder and honey.
